Hot Water Extraction (HWE) is a method of carpet cleaning which involves a combination of hot water and cleaning agents being injected into the fibers of a carpet at high pressure and the grime/soil is extracted by high pressure vacuum.

The floor is cleaned removing all stains, grime and scuff marks. Securing the area that does not need Stripper or Wax splattered on, coat of Stripper on the floor is applied. Floors are machine scrubbed and then multiple coats of Wax are applied for desired shine.

Some types of floors require a little more than Sweep/mop putting up with high foot traffic or seasonal beating. The surface's soil build up/spills can be washed away using a power scrubbing machine.
